Jackie Lyons joined Syntrinsic in June 2026 as an Associate Consultant, where she supports the firm’s clients through operational and investment related services, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless client experience. She is dedicated to maintaining high-quality portfolio data, generating reports, and ensuring a seamless client experience through thoughtful attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Prior to joining Syntrinsic, she worked at Charles Schwab as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, she assisted clients with account servicing, transactions, and general financial needs, gaining valuable exposure to client relationship management and the operational side of financial services. This experience strengthened her ability to navigate fast-paced environments while providing dependable and client-focused support.

Jackie graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Finance. Originally from Colorado, she brings a strong work ethic and a grounded, adaptable perspective to her role as she continues to grow within the financial industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys practicing Pilates, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and listening to music. She values experiences that allow her to stay active, connect with others, and discover new places.
