Caitlin Spain joined Syntrinsic with a dynamic and multifaceted background spanning product operations, financial services, and client experience. Most recently, she served as a Product Operations Manager at Trilogy Financial, where she focused on optimizing processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and supporting scalable growth initiatives. Prior to that, she held roles as a Strategy Administrator and financial advisor, building expertise in strategic planning, client relationships, and financial guidance.

She earned her Executive MBA from the University of Denver in 2026 and holds a bachelor’s degree in music business from the University of Colorado Denver, bringing both analytical and creative perspectives to her work. Earlier in her career, Caitlin also worked as a salon director, massage therapist and esthetician, an experience that continues to inform her thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and exploring Denver’s trivia scene. She’s an avid Colorado Avalanche fan and enjoys attending sporting events whenever she can. A hobbyist photographer, she also loves capturing moments from her travels and everyday life, focusing on wildlife and landscape photography. At home, she and her husband, Wes, share their lives with their two cats, Captain Tony L. Tigre and Doctor Wanda Biscuits.
