Relationship Manager
Dat joined Syntrinsic in January of 2021. He was drawn to the firm for its commitment to serving individuals and organizations while fostering continuous personal and professional growth. Dat believes in Syntrinsic’s core values and strives to make a meaningful impact in both his work and community.
As a Relationship Manager, Dat supports clients by coordinating and overseeing their needs, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution. Prior to joining Syntrinsic, Dat held client-facing roles at KeyBank National Association, where he worked as a Mortgage Loan Closer and Collateral Review Specialist.
Outside of work, Dat is actively involved in supporting local organizations, including the Challenge Foundation, Colorado Academy, St. Mary’s Academy, and Kent Denver. He contributes through translation services, volunteering, public speaking engagements, and acting as a mentor to the youth served by these organizations.
Dat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance, with a focus on management and organization, from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He has a longstanding passion for nonprofit work and is committed to finding innovative ways to support and strengthen the community.
In his free time, Dat is an avid cyclist, foodie, ultimate frisbee player, and loves following hockey and basketball.
