Jas Chen joined Syntrinsic in 2024 as a Senior Analyst on the Investment Solutions team, supporting private markets, impact investing, and public equities. She is responsible for investment manager research, developing capital market expectations, asset allocation analysis, and portfolio construction. Jas serves as a voting member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Syntrinsic, Jas worked in various roles within the financial industry, with a background in private credit, alternatives, and renewable energy. She is experienced in investment research across asset classes, ESG analysis, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management. Most recently, Jas served as Director of Public Equities and Associate Portfolio Manager at Adasina Social Capital, where she managed the firm’s public equity strategies.

Jas graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.

Outside of work, Jas enjoys exploring local businesses, volunteering at community organizations, spending time with loved ones, and tackling escape rooms.
